We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: your chosen username, recovery email address, and encrypted password
• Email data: emails sent to and from your @tramovio.eu address, including sender, recipient, subject, and body
• Usage data: basic logs needed for security and debugging (e.g. login timestamps, error logs). We do not track browsing behaviour or build profiles.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any data beyond what is listed above.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and maintain your email account
• Send you account-related notifications (confirmation emails, password resets)
• Detect and prevent abuse and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We never read your emails. We never sell your data. We never show advertisements.

4. Where your data is stored

All data is stored on EU-based servers. Your emails and account data never leave the European Union. Tramovio is built on EU-compliant infrastructure from the ground up.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and emails are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

6. Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification - correct any inaccurate data
• Erasure - request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection - object to any processing of your data

7. Cookies

Tramovio uses only essential cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

We use a minimal set of third-party infrastructure providers, all operating under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements and based in or serving the EU. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party not essential to running the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of Tramovio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
