1. About Tramovio

Tramovio is an EU-hosted email platform that provides users with a personal @tramovio.eu email address and tools to migrate their existing email at their own pace. Tramovio is operated as a private service with a commitment to user privacy and GDPR compliance.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Tramovio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time - we will notify you by email before any significant changes take effect.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Your @tramovio.eu address is assigned to you at signup and is yours for the duration of your account. You must provide a valid recovery email address so we can reach you for important account notifications.

You agree not to use Tramovio to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful to others. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tramovio to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems

5. Data and privacy

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Tramovio available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, which we will try to schedule outside peak hours and communicate in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

Tramovio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Tramovio is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law.
